Long time no blog

Long time, no blog

Well what a busy year!

We've been so barking busy we have had no time to fill you in on our news.

No doubt those of you who follow our Facebook page, newly title APSA Dog Rescue will know about our super new kennels, the volunteers have been hard at work getting the place ready to accommodate our ever-growing family of canines.

After a lot of the hard was finished we had a mini get together to celebrate the opening and we hope to have a proper event to showcase the new place.

On the adoption front, the team have successfully homed a large number of dogs but as one leaves to go to a new home, one or two new dogs arrive, so the dedicated work of the volunteers is ongoing.

Maria has taken on the task of regularly updating the Facebook page with stunning photos of the dogs and often a little story so people can get to know all the characters.

In homage to the human APSA team, Maria also put together a collage of photos so people can get to know the many faces behind the scenes at APSA, check out recent Facebook posts to see the photo.

The photo will also appear in this week's Costa Almeria News.

With costs running high and new equipment still needed to the new kennels donations are always welcome. Anyone thinking of bringing a new pet into the house, take a look through our adoption pages, I am sure you will find a new friend!

Now things are more settled we will be keeping this blog up to date so pop back soon and find out more news from the APSA gang!
